Every time i try to call my daughter on her Fizz number, no one answer! and she told me it didn't ring!!!

Did your daughter port her phone number from another carrier recently ?
If this is the case then maybe the transfer has not been 100% completed
You have to wait for Fizz to email a confirmation the process is completed

There is a problem with Fizz recently, my daughter had her first number this month, i am with another cell phone company, every time i try to call her it did not ring! this is happening also with another person in my work who switched to Fizz too !!! the only way to communicate with them is the message text.. They can call but it's hard for me to call them.
How long have you had the account? Maybe it's not fully activated (ported) yet.
