Data acces?

I want to have access to my data! The plan I have with Fizz is supposed to allow me to have access to data and this is not happening. I have followed all the instructions and it is still not working. I am very disappointed and want to have this problem solved by Fizz. If not, I am leaving Fizz.

Did you add data to an active plan ? If so data will be available only next cycle.
