I just opened a new account. It began working ans makes outgoing calls. Incoming calls don't work at all. I got an email from FIzz saying that the IMEI number is wrong but when I click "fix" in the email it takes way back to setup.
I got the same error even though I am sure that I entered the correct IMEI number. After I got the email that the IMEI number was wrong, I clicked the link and instead of entering the IMEI number again, I just entered the account number of my old provider and it worked

Did you try to restart your phone first? Your phone will then re-authenticate to the Fizz mobile network and potentially recover its authorization to access the network.

The previous providers message saying that voicemail is not set up
best option seems to contact support at this time
Try what Tamzid said or message Fizz on FB or the chat bubble again. It may take some nagging to get this resolved (unfortunately).
