Using data in the USA with a Canada+USA coverage plan?

Hi, I have a Canada+USA coverage plan with data. Can I use my data in the USA without additional charge? I'm in the USA right now and I'm getting a message on my phone that I need to turn on my roaming data. What do you think?

Yes, you can use data in the US without incurring any additional cost on the Canada+USA coverage plan.
Data roaming needs to be activated for you to be able to access the data on Fizz EXT and US networks.11 -
Fizz doesn't have infrastructure in US or even in certain provinces in Canada.
You need to turn your phone roaming on to use Fizz partner infrastructure where Fizz does not have infrastructure.
Since you have Canada & Usa there will not be extra charge.9 -
Ravnoor is correct. You should always have roaming on anyways, to access data outside Quebec and Ottawa. Turn roaming off only if you travel outside Canada and USA. If you didn't get an add-on on for a particular country.8
