Number transferred, could call out through FIZZ, but can't receive call, why?

I transferred from Rogers and kept my phone number. The new line on FIZZ is activated right way. I could call out and access internal under my plan.
BUT all the calls trying to reach my phone number are always directed to voice mailbox, hence nobody could reach me. Any help?
