Has anyone been successful in switching an upgrade?

For example, removing a 100mb upgrade and adding a 500mb.

I think we can do this now. I was able to swap out my upgrades.

So the functionality is not available yet?

Yes, people have been successful. You probably can't do it within a single billing period, however. And it may just be a dumb luck that it worked at all, because there don't seem to be a lot of people having success with it.

Jonathan, any idea what steps they took in order to do it?

I'm afraid I haven't ready any posts where they said what the steps were. Just reporting success. I can't seem to change my 100MB upgrade to 500MB, but I only applied the 100MB upgrade a couple days before I received the 500MB and I'm still in the same billing cycle. I figure I'll have to wait until January 6th (start of next billing cycle for me) to find out how to do it...assuming it's meant to be possible and wasn't just a glitch when people have had success so far. It may also be necessary to have two upgrade slots open before you can make changes, I don't know, but I'm hoping to have a second slot by January as well.

I removed my voice mail upgrade and want use that spot for 200m data upgrade I get from level 4. It will need next billing cycle to be removed. I will know I can add new upgrade in next billing cycle.
