Is there a "suggestion box" somewhere?

Hello everyone! For those without a Facebook account, is there something like a suggestion box? It would be great if we all could give our feedback (not just complaints) so we can help to improve the service. I'd like to provide some feedback every time I find something unusual or that it could be improved. Like when you download your data usage details... You just get a cropped and bad resolution screenshot.

People could provide their feedback and vote... then, the Fizz team could implement the most voted suggestions and improve the system. Ta-Dah! - Wouldn't be great Fizz?5

Fizz should simply open a "contact form" or e-mail, where we an send suggestions. I can't find it. I called 611 and it doesn't work neither.13

Don't think we'll see it anytime in the near future as they are still working on bugs to keep the system up and running and have no time to work on upgrades.13

A suggestion box will help them improve and it will motivate us to help them to grow. I know that right now they must be very busy debugging but it doesn't mean that the wheel have to stop spinning... They have to become a better service if they want people's confident and they will only be able to do it by listening to us.13

They dont even have a proper network set up right now!!
This one is way down the list of things to do. 2 outages in 10 days!!7
