i try to activate my sim card, chose my plan, entered my phone number to transfer, my emei, got an error message twice in a row, asking me to retry.. i stopped retrying after 2 time since you were billing my card at every try, please refound the two 49.97$ charge ASAP... this really doesn't inspire me to actually swap my number with you
Unfortunately, you tried to activate your SIM in the middle of a network outage issue. That is probably the cause of the failure. If you still want to activate it, wait until the network issues are fixed.

Reminds me the CBC Marketplace episode where someone purchased a plane ticket, got an error but still got charged.
Any idea when it's suppose to come back, and I guess i'll still get bill another time when i try to activate it after the outage, I feel like i really to talk with somebody at Fizz, but can't find anyphone number or chat Bubble to communicate with them
