my plan has not been fully activated. what should i do?

I activated my plan but it seems it's not been fully activated since I have no option in the mange page of my plan except "Add User". what's the problem and what should I do?

There seems to be a network outage at the moment. Try it again when the network issues message disappears.

If you are porting your number over, it might take a couple days to get it all working. You’ll get an email with the contract once it’s done.
