Fail to get the refund for the unsubscription during beta test period? Cannot get in touch with any csr since there never be any chat bubble appering after I log in my account.

Did you unsubscribe during the first 15 days of your service? If not, you might not be entitled to any refund.12 -
Can you even get a refund? I thought most prepaid plans don't have refund.11
