Answered question
I have heard that a few users have been having their Fizz accounts "accidentally" cancelled. I am personally really worried about this issue and would like to find out how common this actually is amongst the community. I have created a poll to try and find out how many users are affected by this issue
Please keep in mind that I am not a Fizz employee, this poll does not collect any personal information. :)
I'm a beta tester since October 5. I have not been unsubscribed. I have not had any billing issue.
I only experienced bugs like Voicemail that has been solved and the Dark Friday night. I'm staying.

Only myself and one other person as far as I know. I'm the one that posted that on Reddit.
@Alexandre B. So you are the incredible ottawa123456789!
Well according to the first few responses to my poll so far 4 people have already experienced this issue. It might be more common than we initially thought. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon.
I havent had any problems
Interesting... Although it's possible some people misunderstood the question or think that their service not working constitutes an "unsubscribe" :P
Had a few issues with texts for the moment.
/cross-fingers it doesnt continue
When does this happen? When the next billing cycle starts? What happens? Phone goes dead?
@Alexandre B. that is a possibility
@Kenny L. From what others have reported it seems like it can happen at anytime. When this bug occurs you essentially lose the ability to use your phone, no calls, text or data.
Hopefully anyone who had this happen and reads/responds to the poll, with describe what happened to them. In Alexandre's case, I think he got the email after his phone was already dead. In the case of the other person who provided a screen shot of the unwanted unsubscribe, they received the email a couple of days before the end of their month, so their phone was still working, iirc.
.
Any other experiences with unwanted unsubscribe emails?
@Whizz I hope you guys take care of this bug ASAP because it's in MobileSyrup now.

It makes you look amateurish to have so many bugs unresolved this late in the game.
Some people on Reddit now say they are hesitating to subscribe because of this.
This looks soooooo bad that it makes it more and more difficult to defend and promote you.
DEAL WITH IT ALREADY!
I agree with @Mario D.
It is nice to see that 74% of users who participated in the survey have not (yet) experienced a billing issue.
