Help? Activated my sim less than 24 hours ago. Was working now displays "Emergency Calls Only"

Activated with Fizz last night. Was working until about 30 minutes ago. Now phone says "Emergency Calls Only" - no SMS, no data.
I restarted the phone (Android). Any suggestions?
