Change / Correct Email Address

On one of my family account, the e-mail has been mistyped. Is there a way to correct this? The account is now locked since it's past the 24h activation email. There's an active line on it.

Please note that they will ask some verification questions:
Full name,
Address,
Phone number,
Last 4 digits of card linked to the account.

Login your account.
Click on “Help”.
In “Popular topics” click on any subject.
Scroll down to the bottom.
In the right corner the chat bubble will appear after 15 seconds.
Click on the bubble and type your question.
You will see what position you are in the queue.
Sometimes, it can be very long before you can chat with someone: one hour, 90 minutes…
