Answered question
Hello,
What is considered a plan change?
If visual voicemail becomes available later, will that be considered changing my plan?
If I have regular voicemail and switch to visual voicemail later on?
Regards
Logically, it's when you're changing one rate plan to another which usually includes more or fewer services, than which you currently have. <- this we know
However, you raise an interesting point with VVM. Today, the regular voicemail is not considered an add-on or feature you can add-on at any time, it's chosen only once when you activate a new plan or changing to a new plan.
Therefore, I believe that if you want VVM later once it becomes available, you would need to change your rate plan, and that would mean losing any special pricing.

That's horrible! Maybe if I wait before transferring, vvm could be included part of the special pricing, if it gets fixed in time.
a plan change is if you add or remove data, talk or text. If you use add ons, you should be in the clear.
I don't want lose my price. I hope add an upgrade doesn't count as a plan change.
