I was advised my payment failed, but my account is showing I was charged twice. Is this a Fizz issue

I know there have been multiple questions on this matter, but I want to make sure that I am not left aside when you will be resolving the problem. My credit card was also charged twice and I also receive notifications stating that my service will be suspended.

    Yup it is. Fizz is working to fix the situation.

    Surely the fix will be a bulk one.

    So until then, monitor the situation periodically. Especially emails/textos from Fizz but I wouldn't be surprised they would add debit entries for your credit card before they do so, otherwise more questions would come their way.

    Maybe we'll see an announcement in the forum, make sure you click "Featured" like shown below. Good practice in any case since people miss out nice info.

    Fizz have some trouble with the payment. Please don't contact them about it. They are working on it. If the problem is still there after couples of days, contact them!
