Beeps followed by dropped call

I was on the phone with my boss when I heard three beeps and then the line cut. I called him again, and a few minutes later it did it again. After five times, I decided to use my girlfriend's phone, who is also on Fizz. Two minutes into the call, it did the same thing. The person on the other end of the line did not hear the beep.

Could you please reach out to our support department following the steps Fizzy provided?
In the meantime, I suggest you try out the following steps:
Try to manually search the network and select Fizz.EXT, make a test call and see if the situation is the same. Try also to put your phone in airplane mode, wait a few seconds, and test again.

You are not alone, it does the same thing to me this morning. I restarted the phone and it still made the beeps and eventually cut the line.

you should then Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

I also encountered this issue this morning. My calls always dropped within a minute, and there will be a beep 5 seconds before the line dropped. I cannot make personal calls or commercial calls for over a minutes, it's very annoying. I have restarted my phone several times. I searched the community and tried to find a reasonable help.

Same thing is going on with my phone and my wife's phone. I get a triple beep after 1min30sec and then the line drop after 5 sec.

This issues seem to come from the fizz call server. You are not alone and i think Fizz is aware of the problem. So im sorry but i dont think you can do mutch but wait. Have a nice day :)
