I can’t call anymore?

Yes hello, Today I have done my payment now and since I have done my payment I can’t call anyone anymore. Please help!?!?

Hi Matthew,
I can see from my end that your mobile plan was paid in time before the new cycle began and it appears to be active and running from my end.
If you still have difficulties in using your service, please connect manually to Fizz EXT, restart your phone and then connect back to Fizz. This should clear any network glitch and allow you to call properly.

Do you make your paiement in time ? If you where late you should wait sometime before Fizz reactivate it. You can contact the support to be sure. Have a nice day :)

I did shutdown my phone for 1 min when this happend to me and now it works fine. Also, plane mode for one minte and get back after works sometimes too!
