Here in Ottawa there are no options to buy quick a SIM. You have to order online.
Why they don't use the Videotron logistics / stores just to sell the SIMs ? Not any other thing related with Fizz.
Or let s say why they don't want to sell SIMs at some stores here in Ottawa?
Would be nice to be at least a physical presence in the city.
Any sugestions? Ideas? Make sense ? Or is just useless....
Generally speaking companies don’t like to kneecap their profits by advertising discount brands to people trying to buy services from their main brand. This is standard practice.

In Québec, you can buy a SIM card in participating Couche-Tard, if there is one close to you.
Fizz and Videotron has the same head compagny but its not the same compgny and they still compete each other so its seem normal to not promote the other. Have a nice day :)

Videotron stores do not advertise Fizz at all,
same parent company but different brands
(sku if you will) …
Fizz is a subsidiary of Videoton but 100% online
