fizz member already at the address I'm moving to?

The current tenants of the apartment I'm moving to are with fizz and have declared to fizz that they're moving, yet when I try to schedule an appointment for our own wifi installation at that address fizz doesn't recognize the address as available. Please help! Thank you,

Sorry this seems to be a Fizz restriction. You must wait until after the current occupant has terminated their internet before you are allowed to subscribe for Fizz internet service at the same address.

Make sure the current tenanthave make is adress change on is Fizz account. Call Fizz support if the cuirrent tenant has made the changed but its still dont work.

You must wait to subscribe to Fizz internet residential when the actual tenant will move.
At this moment, this adress will be available into the Fizz system and you'll be able to subscribe and fix an appointment with the technician for your installation.
