I cannot use data from my plan

I am new to Fizz and am not able to use my allotted data. HELP!

I am sorry to hear about the situation you encountered.
If you are using an Android device please make sure the APN is set like in the following FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
If you are using an iPhone please verify if the iOS is updated.
After the manipulation above please restart the phone and test again.

Im not sure if this will help but you can try
1-Go to settings be sure that the cellular data is on.
2- go to settings/ cellular/network selection and choose fizz.
3- try to restart your phone.
