Transfer my phone number

Hi, i am having issues for transfering my phone number. I am currently with Fido and when i'm trying to transfer my phone number it doesnt work. My phone line is still active and fido told me that there is no problem on their side.

    We're so sorry to hear this. Checking your account, I notice it hasn't been validated just yet, which may prevent the system from completing the transferring process during activation. You just tried to reset your password recently today, kindly check your email including the spam folder, to be able to reset your password and access the account. Then, you can retry the transferring process. Please also keep in mind that a reset password email expires after 1h, so make sure you validate it in time.
