Unable to buy travel add on for the USA?

I'm trying to buy a travel ADd on for the USA but it doesn't appear in the list of countries

Hi Stephen

I was able to find it in french
try to switch in french and type États-unis

If you have time signal it to the customer service

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

I don't see the US in the list of countries for travel add-on either in English and in French. Is it really a bug, or maybe we cannot buy an add-on for US but only change the coverage?

Yelena, I noticed both Canada and USA travel add-ons have been missing.

However if you switch over to French when you are purchasing travel add-ons, you will see that "États-unis" is there (you must enter it with the accent).

I also seem to remember there was post a while ago, someone asking why can't we just search "Etats-unis" (without using the accent).

Fizz support may need to investigate further here.

Fizzy, I tried to find États-Unis in the French version and I did put the accent. It's not there (I attached a screenshot to my previous message).

Maybe the bug is worse than I thought. "États-unis" was definitely there when I checked earlier. I can check again tomorrow.
