Slowness and dropped calls?

Hi All!

I have seen 2 issues and i'm not sure if the issue is due to my SIM or whatnot but here is what's going:

1. Speeds, sometimes i get huge ping spikes on my iPhone XR, i am within the island of montreal and sometimes, things can take a few minutes to really load compared to TELUS.

2. Sometimes my calls drop, or when i pickup i have to say hello a few times for it to actually pick up. Is this a known issue? Or it’s because we don’t have VoLTE? I don’t know.

I had personnaly some kind of theese problemes when Id start with Fizz and I had a tutorial video from the support about APN. Was really helpful and now it works very well.

Is it a new problem or it started yesterday?
There has been a huge down in the services yesterday and you might still experience problems.

I would suggest to hard reset your iPhone XR and perhaps try the sim card on another phone if you can.

Did you try to restart your phone?
Some people take their SIM card off and then put it back.
