Videotron and Fizz are having DNS problem. See Whizz's post here:

For a short term solution, you can change the DNS on your device or the Fizz modem.

For device, go to settings:
Obtain DNS: Manual (instead of automatic)
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 8.8.4.4
.
For Fizz modem, go to http://192.168.0.1/ (username: cusadmin and your wifi password)
Make this change for now and your internet will work.

The issue has been identified and a dedicated team is currently working to address it. Fizz apologizes for the inconvenience this may be causing you.

Yes, huge DNS issue with Videotron, but it should be back in Montréal since 16.30. Where are you from? If it's not working yet you can try to change the DNS from your device as shown in other questions :)

I still dont have internet all day its now 7:30pm and mine is still out any idea when it will be fixed? Tried contacting fizz they havnt answer now over 3 hours
