Hi Stephane

Yes DNS problem

Change your DNS manually

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4


This change can also be applied through the Wi-Fi modem user interface:

1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
2. Log in using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)

Basic -> DNS, click on manual and configure the two DNS with the one that I wrote

Remember to put in automatic when the situation is resolved

  • Obtain DNS: Manual
  • DNS1 8.8.8.8
  • DNS2 8.8.4.4

Yes currently tablets work but phone and laptops cannot connect.

As mentioned, you can change the DNS on the Fizz modem.

On your browser, go to http://192.168.0.1/ (username: cusadmin and your wifi password)

Make this change for now and your internet will work.
