Hi I just changed my email and I am not able to change it on my fizz account can an employee help me please. My new e-mail is

Hello David,

You will have to contact us directly, by following the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-personal-inform... and on the right-hand side, at the bottom, there are our contact methods. Once you are there, I suggest you open the chat and let us help you with the change.
I've also edited your post, as you have added the e-mail on a public forum.

You need to contact support by Live Chat: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

You can Live chat with support as follows:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-personal-inform...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If you are contacting Fizz support on a mobile device, the chat will be done through WhatsApp.
If you prefer the in-browser chat, please try on a laptop or computer.

Email is a master key, so only the Support cant change-it. Contact then.
