How to anable The UPNP on FIZZ CANT CONECT to cod Cold wars......?

hey guys im Trying to get my Son Xbox to conect to COD SERVICE but it always show me an eror....
So they say i have to enable my UPNP wich i dont know how on fizz...
please Help HERE!!!

    Hi Mike

    On your browser, go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm (user: cusadmin and your wifi password)
    Basic menu >> Gateway Function

    For the 2nd option: UPNP
    Enable and Save the changes

    You can also contact Fizz customer support by chat at any time 24/7:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/having-trouble-working-home-vpn-or-not
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
