why there is no result after we add available Fizz mobile number !!!!!?

Unfortunately Fizz had to disable the search contact option for now, likely to investigate this problem: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2544662-fizz-members-targeted-text-message-phishing
We'll have to wait for Fizz to reactivate it.
Meanwhile you can still gift data from your plan to other Fizz members.
Go to My Plans → Click gift from the account → Start Gifting -> Gift to a new fried
Enter the phone number or email This will open the gifting tool, it is preferable to use the phone number

Fizz has disabled this feature due to privacy concerns. You can still gift and receive data via phone number and referral code.
This feature is unavailable for now. Hope it comes back soon.

Fizz has disabled this option for the moment and we dont know exactly when it will be available to add new contact..
I am also waiting for this option to be reactivated.
Yeah I have the same issue, prevents us from gifting data perks
