I tried to upgrade my internet subscription 2 days ago.
Systeme told me i had to wait until the 27th (today).
I have upgraded today but now i have to wait another month before my network subscription is upgraded.
Why wait a month
i need it now !

This is the rule
You can always chat with the support to see if they can do an exception
“ Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.”
