Can't see data usage - Page loads forever

I'm new to Fizz, just trying to see my current usage. When I click on details under the My Plan page, I never get the page to load...it just won't appear. Everything else works fine. Am I the only one with this issue?

Hi Dominique

In the last month this bug seems to be pretty common.

You can try to refresh the page or use the browser in incognito mode

You can also contact customer support by chat

1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-interne...
2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option
