If fizz ext down and not working?

Why isn't my data working (as well as many others).
Is fizz ext down or not, you can't answer after a day and you are closing my forum posts without giving an answer.

Do not close my forum post like you just did on this same topic, when no one had answered the question yet!!!

Fizz EXT does not work for me either.
There looks to be an issue with Fizz partner networks.

Connecting to Fizz network does work.

We will have to wait for Fizz to give us an update.

It would be good if the service status page was updated:

We're truly sorry to hear about this situation encountered. I checked your account and I see that you've reached us regarding this matter and one of my colleagues has already further helped with it by escalating a ticket to our technical department. I also checked the ticket and saw our technical team informed everything should be in order, therefore I recommend rebooting your phone and once it's back on, to keep Wifi disabled and only mobile data on. I can also suggest turning airplane mode on for a few seconds, then back off.
