Add-on for Voice only account?

My wife ha a Voice only account and I just ordered her a 1GB of Data for $12 and it's not working :(

She is in the Hospital and need it to communicate with her friends

See attached, looks like you should be able to buy Data even if not in the plan

Please check her Fizz account to confirm that the correct data add-on was purchased for her mobile plan.

Then ask her to try restarting her phone. Which phone model is she using?
She may have to setup the APN settings: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

If any issues, you can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Check in her account that the add on is active, maybe something went wrong tans the purchase was not finalized. If this is not the case, try to contact the support, they should be able to help.

Please, check the APN Network setting on the phone of your wife and restart the phone after.
Thoses settings are important to use the data on her plan.
