People do not hear me when i speak?

Does anyone have the same issue as me
when i call people do not hear me i need to call them back sometime two time then they can hear me
it been happening all day today.

    Hi Sigalit

    Did you try to reboot the phone?
    Are you using the phone in the same conditions? Such earphone, or other
    Are you suing Fizz or Fizz Ext?
    Can you check if you have some kind of noise cancellation or VoLTE or other kind of special configuration
    Can you try the SIM in a different phone?

    I do not have this kind of problem

    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    Please try to reboot the phone. It seems like a device issue to me.

    Hi Sigalit,

    I think the problem come from your device and not from FIZZ.
    Check that kind of issue on google.

    yes using the phone in the same location
    i check with an other friend of mine that is on fizz and it seems he has the same issue as me
