I can not dial out but I'm recieving incoming calls and I can texts. I can only text back certain numbers as well?

I can recieve calls but I can not dial out. I can text with other Apple devices but can not respond to someone with an Android

Did you try to reboot your iPhone?

Can you check your account from the web page?
To see if you have unlimited calls, or if you had a payment problem.

Make sure you have minutes

Make sure your phone selects the Fizz mobile network
Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

Can you test the SIM in a different phone?


You are using iMessage, therefore, you are using the wifi for texting with other apple devices


You can contact Fizz support by chat for help

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Check your profil to know your plan.
Do you have minutes and text?

You can contact support for more info.

To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.

1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.

Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

We're truly sorry to hear about this situation. I just checked your account and the line is active and in good standing. In this case, I kindly recommend to try the steps provided by our members so far. I also advise disabling automatic network search and manually connect to Fizz EXT, then connect back to Fizz and test the services on both these networks. You can do this from Settings → Carrier → Fizz EXT then Fizz.
