I have the exact same problem as this https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2195213-can-t-usa-added-travel-options.
united states does not show up as an option. I tried clearing my cache, tried incognito mode and two different browsers.

Sorry I just tried the option myself. I have a plan with Quebec coverage.
Canada and United States both seem to be missing from the travel list of countries.

Do you already have Canada/USA coverage with your plan? If so, you may not see United States as a travel option for your plan. In this case, go to "Add-ons" (instead of "Travel") if you want to purchase additional services not already included with your plan.
If the problem continues, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-m-outside-my-coverage-zone-and-m...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
