My number is innactive?

Hello, i'm a new customer and transferred my number from Videotron to Fizz, a never received a text from videotron asking to confirm that i'm changing provider and now both fizz and videotron service are down.
Please advise.

Apologies for the encountered issue.

I have verified your number transfer status and it appears to have both confirmed and completed, but the activation order got stuck in pending. In order for this to be solved, I have created a ticket towards our technical team and once this will be rectified, you will be informed by e-mail.
