Really slow internet

I have been a fizz customer for a year or so and never had issues with the speed. Lately (the last month or so) the internet has been really slow. Am I the only one?
I thought it would resolve it self after Christmas but nothing.
Do you have a solution?

Apologies for the situation experienced. I had a look at your account and modem connection, and I could tell you that from our end, the connection is stable and the speed is sent as expected.
