SIM card delivery status - order ID 6898133618

Hello Fizz,

I still haven’t received my SIM card, which was supposed to arrive one week ago. Is there a tracking number ? Thanks .

If it was delivered and you did not receive, you will need to order another SIM card.

And any missing SIM card will be refunded after activating the second SIM card. You must contact support for this.

To contact support by chat:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right of the page
