Roaming plan glitch?

I purchased a roaming plan 5$, sent two text messages 0.10$ each and then wallet says no funds available, got charged $4.80 roaming fee what is the point of buying a 5$ roaming package? If it costs 4.80$ roaming fee. Is this a glitch.?

I kindly wish to inform you that I checked your account and I see that you've reached us regarding this matter and one of my colleagues has already informed regarding the rest of the wallet charges. You can also always check them from My Plans - Manage Plan - Wallet - Transaction History, however please bear in mind that it's not updated in real-time and there may be a bit of a delay for all the transactions to appear afterward.

I suggest you to contact FIZZ support fort that.
Did you sent those 2 SMS outside of the country?
Fizz is 100% online, so you can only chat with them and not call them like Videotron and Bell.

You can try to ask your questions here, and we'll help you to the best of our knowledge.

However, the Fizz service is very efficient and fast and can be done via Messenger without any problem.

To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.

1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.

Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

Hi David,

What roaming package did you buy? Usually you can only buy Data packages and text messages are charged on a ‘by-use’ basis.
I have never been charged a separate roaming fee before.
