Why did fizz cancel my home internet subsriction

I payed for the subsrciption to home internet set up my address and evrything else payed for it all they said the order was good then today one day before the instalation they give me an email saying we dont know why but you have to reapply for the subscription but they havent even sent the money back yet etc

I checked your account and I see that you've reached us regarding this matter and one of my colleagues has already further helped with it. Rest assured also, the system automatically issued the refund for what you paid for the subscription. It can take a few business days for your bank to process the transaction and for the funds to reach you.

I also recommend during the subscription process, once you reach the address stage to click on "I can't find my address", in order to be able to add everything manually.
