Since january 6,I have no service, I payed for this month and I made sure the transaction was good, I restarded my phone, and everything else, I don't get no calls, I can't use my LTE and anything and its kind of problematic

Did you check the network operator configuration, which must be in automatic
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz
Did you try the SIM to a different phone?
You must contact the support
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

What phone model are you using? Did this phone previously work with your Fizz SIM?
Make sure your phone is unlocked and compatible with Fizz network:

Do any of the services work? Can you make calls? How about texts?
If the phone says "No service", is it possible your phone has been blacklisted?
You can check here:
and/or try the SIM card with another phone.
You can also Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
If the network operator is Fizz and it is not working, please contact support!
