Is any of these two telephones supported by Fizz? I'm unsure on how to evaluate channels.

The phones need to support the one of the following frequencies:
For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences:
Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies
Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)
It appears to me that the Fairphone 3+ is compatible

You'll need to find the bands supported by those two phones (on the specific model you have). Then see if it supports Fizz' (or Videotrons) cellular network
