You should be able to see all the options available to you.

You need to go directly to the question mark, as Fizzy explained, there it will give a the choice to contact via iMassage.

Unfortunately, I don’t see any options after clicking the “Help” bubble. I asked a question regarding the unavailability of options in a separate thread, so will follow it up there. Thanks for the answers!
