Why does the system say "not quite right" when I try to enter my number for voicemail?

I am sure I have voicemail on my plan, but whenever I try to activate it, it says my "number is not quite right". How do I fix this?

    Try to reset your PIN from your account. It should work then.

    Please, reset the PIN in your account.
    Log to your Fizz account.
    Click on: My plan - Manage my plan - Advanced settings - PIN to access to your voicemail
    Please, choose a PIN not too easy to remind:
    For example, 1,2,3,4 wont work.

    Thank you so much for your message. Checking your account, I notice that the voicemail feature is not included in your mobile plan. I notice you were able to also reach us in the meantime and we informed that if you would like, you can indeed change your plan to include this, however regular fees will apply afterward for your plan, as you can also see on our page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/important-information-mobile-members-who-subscribed-october-17-2019
