My plan is CANADA and US, Now I can't use in US, someone can help me? need me buy international ADD-ON

Did you try to reboot the phone?
Make sure your phone is configured to automatically select the Fizz mobile network.
IMPORTANT: Before beginning this process, make sure the SIM card is inserted in your phone. Otherwise, the Mobile networks menu will not be visible.
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz
For the data you need to enable data roaming and also verify the APN

My first time in the states the phone needed a reboot and 15 minutes :(
If nothing helps, please contact Fizz's support
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Make sure roaming is on and the APN settings are correct. As Mike suggested, make sure Fizz is selected as the network.

You need to make sure the Data roaming is active on your device and that the network is set to automatic.
