our internet is down, we tried all the solutions, rebooting, factory setting, can anyone help?

our internet is down since yesterday, and none of the solutions work, we tried rebooting, checking all the cables and even factory resetting but nothing works

    Sorry you are having internet issues, check the coaxial cable connection
