why i cant see my appointment schedule in my profile

i created an account and schedule an appointment for January 7th 2021 to switch my internet to fizz. i dont see the apointment in my profile and when i try to add my address, a message saying that there is a fizz account . the person who referred me see the referral as pending under his account. please advise how i can fix this .

Hi Joe,

this morning the Fizz web site had some problem with some part of it, can you try to wait an hour and try again I am sure that it will work and you will see your appointment

If you cannot see it, contact the support

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-techni...
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Fizz website this morning is still experiencing some problems.
Try to chat with the Fizz customer service today and ask them if the appointment with the technician for your internet installation is well the January 7h.
