Huge problem

Hello! I changed my Device to a new one... Umidigi S5 pro if that changes anything...My device is correctly configured with the APN settings provided... But today everything related to mobile data(sms/mms/internet by LTE/calls/etc.) Failed i have NO SERVICE nothing... The thing I saw was my IMEI listed on fizz website differs from my actual phone imei...

Then it seems that your phone is not registered with Fizz.

Try to verify the network operator setting

Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

You can also try to change the network operator to fizz ext for 2 minutes and after back to Fizz

Nothing works and I cannot change to FIZZ EXT as I dont know how to... Whenever I try to click on auto/choose network it closes down automatically... This S5 Pro comes with androi d 10 and dual sim...

Are you able to try the SIM card on your old phone or with another phone?

This will help determine whether there is an issue with the service or your hardware/phone.

I did and it works successfuly on my old phone.. bowever I INSIST!!! everything worked on the new one and stopped today

try to reset the network settings

Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings

IMPORTANT: This operation will also reset your WiFi settings, mobile data, Bluetooth, etc.

If this does not help, it seems a phone problem can you try a different SIM to your Umidigi (a friend SIM)

Hi Arnaud,I looked at the specs, it support the Fizz frequencies, for 4G data but it doesn't list HSPA 850 or 1900 for voice. I wonder if maybe that's causing an issue.
