Where's the support?

Hello,
I get that there's FAQ's, solution hubs and community chats but where's the actual Fizz support team. I appreciate everyone help and the comments i read but i'm having the same issue with many of you regarding the referral codes.

It's not normal that you cannot add a referral code after creating an account. There should be a time period where you can add a referral code once the account is created. Maybe Fizz can "gift" the promotion. Just like many of you, i didn't see the referral section when i signed up my folks to their new Fizz account. I kept on getting error messages and had to constantly refresh. Fizz is getting all these new clients with a promotion of getting 50$ and yet they can't honor it because you didn't add the referral code at the very beginning! It's nonsense and really unfair.
On top of that, where's the actual chat support? I keep looping in circles on their website to find someone to speak to like i did a few months back but there's no one. It's very frustrating and annoying.

I get it, everyone in here is trying to help and i thank each and every one of you but if i need to speak to someone from Fizz, someone should be available.

Hi Jalal,
Indeed, if you managed to add the sign up your parents to their own Fizz account with their own e-mail address and use the referral code upon the subscription process, they will get the referral discount on their 3rd payment cycle and so will you.

You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.

Hi Jalal

If you already activated a plan in your account, you cannot create a second one and use the referral code. The referral code can be used only on the first plan.

You can always create a new account, and activate your plan there.

Moreover, it is almost 2 weeks that the web interface has some glitch

In case of a problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Thank you Mike for answering but i signed up my parents to their own Fizz account with their own email. They should get the 50$ no?

I tried that link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue but none of the options work unfortunately.

@Jajal, they will get 50$ if you entered the referral code during the plan creation.
I tried and the chat was there, I do not know why you do not see sorry
