I am abroad and accidentally purchased 2GB of additional data instead of travel data. I have now added the travel data. Is it possible to be reimbursed for the 2GB of additional data? I don’t need them. Thank you.

I just checked on your account and I can see that you received a refund for these 2 GB Add-ons.
The sum will reach your bank account in a few business days and you can also check on the refund via My plans->Transaction history.

Add on are not refundable
However, you can try to contact the support
You can also contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option
